In the heart of the Coyote Valley is a very special winery. We are a gathering place for close friends, family, handcrafted wines, and events. P & V Winery is named after its founders Paul and Vicki. Our estate wine consists of Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon but we obtain grapes from various regions to hand-craft an array of different varietals. Paul is the vintner who produces small quantities of fine wines with the family's assistance.

Pruning is the first stage of vine maintenance. Proper pruning determines the yield of fruit. If you prude too aggressively you can reduce the volume of fruit but on the reverse, if you don’t prune enough and there are too many vines the quality of the fruit might be less as the vine works harder to produce a higher volume. There is a delicate balance that we have been fortunate to maintain these past seasons.
